The bastila romance mod doesn't touch the Carth dialogue file, meaning it does not affect what Carth says or does within that file. That mod simply allows you to romance Bastila as well. So unless you did not unzip/copy & paste into the override (installing it correctly) then you should have nothing to worry about.The reason is obvious after you play through the entire game.
